Meeting
Facilities
The
Mountain Retreat & Learning Center
offers a variety of meeting rooms and outdoor
spaces to suit the needs of your group.
The
Mountain has six meeting rooms including the
Great Room,
the Treehouse,
the Lower Rec Hall,
Heritage Hall,
the Library
and the Light Room.
Our largest meeting facility accommodates 125
people and our smallest accommodates 10-15.
The Mountain also features two outside meeting
spaces, the Fire Ring
and the Amphitheater.
The
Great Room located
in the Lodge, seats 75 in comfortable
conference chairs. The full-length
windows on the eastern exposure
offer beautiful views of surrounding
mountains while the western side
of the room centers around a hand-crafted
stone chimney and fireplace. The
southern exposure opens onto a large
deck overlooking Blue Valley. The
vaulted ceiling and exposed beams
create a spacious ambiance, while
couches around the fireplace provide
a comfortable atmosphere for smaller
groups. Furnishings include a Steinway
grand piano.

The Tree House,
with stage, grand piano, and a treetop
view of The Mountain and Blue Valley,
provides space for 125. The high ceilings
and wood floors make the Tree House a
perfect place for concerts, lectures and
meetings, as well as workshops and seminars
which require participants to have freedom
of movement. Photo
