In order to be considered for The Volunteer Host Training at The Mountain, you must complete this form. If you have any questions, please e-mail our Volunteer Department. There is no charge for the weekend. However, this application must be completed and submitted. The applications will be reviewed and you will be contacted concerning whether you will be invited to participate. It is requested that the completed applications reach The Mountain by 12/31/04. The training is limited to 25 people.
